Celerity v2.9.85 contains several new features and enhancements to the product :

• The new Estimating Import module allows users to import the bill of materials list generated by most estimating programs (including material lists contained in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets) directly into Celerity. Users can then make the necessary adjustments and export these items to StarBuilder as Inventory Shipment batches or Purchase Orders.
• A new tool tracking module that integrates with StarBuilder allows you to track tools and includes detailed history.
• The date required alert lets users spot requisitions with line items that require attention.
• Celerity can now be used exclusively as a purchasing system.
• New inventory items added to StarBuilder can be auto numbered.
• Remarks codes have been added that allow users to define the information that will be inserted in the remarks field in Purchase Orders exported to StarBuilder.
• State and local sales tax can be automatically calculated and inserted as line items into the Purchase Orders exported to StarBuilder.

Construction Imaging Systems has released Chameleon v2.0. Changes in this release include an improved user interface, enhancements to batch processing, speed improvements, integrated Outlook e-mail support, group based invoice routing and more.

The Servicom Accounting Link - Phase 2 has just been released for StarBuilder. The Phase 2 link includes integration between Servicom and the following modules in StarBuilder: Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Inventory.

If your a StarBuilder user who is interested in a service management package but have been holding off because of a lack of integration with accounting, we suggest you give Servicom a look.

Updated StarBuilder Partial Reports and Utilities List

We have just posted an updated Partial List of Reports and Utilities that we have created for StarBuilder. Most reports are written in Crystal Reports. Reports requiring more advanced functionality are written in Microsoft Access. The utilities are written in either Microsoft Access or Microsoft Visual Basic. If you would like more information about any of the reports listed in the document you contact one of our sales representatives.
